Gas Fire Installation:
I wanted to instal a gas fireplace in my flat. Nick came and explained me the different options. I chose what I wanted and the week after my fireplace was installed.
Nick's work was great in all stage of the process from advice to installation. There was no trace of his passage in my flat except from the new fireplace.

Replacement heating system Central Heating:
We used Nick to convert our property from warm air heating to a wet system. We chose him as his quote was the most comprehensive, professional and at a reasonable price. He is very knowledgable and kept to the timescales made. The finished job was great and he tidied up after himself.
We did have a problem with a leak on an old plastic pipe which burst due to the increase in pressure. This pipe was completely boxed in so there was no way of knowing it was there without taking tiles away. Thankfully Nick was available on the phone and talked my wife through all the checks and how to turn off the water supply. He fitted a better pipe and after we had dried the house with a dehumidifier he came back and sealed and repainted the ceiling as the water leak had discoloured it - no charge.
Nick is now my preferred plumber and I use him for annual gas safety checks for both my properties. Most of the previous plumbers I have used are thinking about retirement so in the long term it's good to find a younger plumber who takes pride in his work.

Re-site flue from wall to roof, safety check:
Nick was not only extremely professional but also a really nice guy. We had been badly screwed over by another heating engineer (that was recommended by a friend!) and Nick quickly identified all the issues for us ranging from moderate to severe. He provided a proper quote with several options, and there were no hidden extras. He did a fantastic job during the days he was with us and even cleaned up after himself as well. He even came back out on a Friday night when we thought there was a fault with the room thermostat.. and just laughed when it turned out to be a fault with the person using it! I'm definitely going to use Nick again, it's a real no brainer for us. Ticks every single box.

Nick is not only punctual but goes the extra mile with his customer service, always returning phone calls for small questions you have & very flexible with his appointment times. Very clean and professional, I don't think I could of found a better gas engineer to be honest. Highly recommended!

Fit new combi-boiler Gas Work
Nick replaced my old combi-boiler with a new vaillant combi-boiler. He was polite, timely, competitive and helpful. His work was very tidy and he also did some other jobs including replacing my radiator TRV's and fitting the new nest thermostat which is great! There was a slight complication with the work performed which Nick was quick to acknowledge and sort out. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Re-fit new radiator in our bathroom:
Hello,
We first met Nick last week and we agreed that we would like him to fit a new radiator in our bathroom, and organised a time.
Nick arrived on time, and started work straight away.
He was very polite and pleasure to have in our home. The work was carried out to a very good standard, no mess, no fuss, excellent.

Nick responded quickly to my advert and arranged to come and do the work (removing an old living flame fire and associated pipe work) within a week and at a convenient time for us. Nick was prompt and completed the work with no disruption to us. A lovely job and we'll definitely use Nick again should the need arise.

Variety of jobs needed after new purchase of house:
I found Nick a friendly, polite and hardworking guy. He did a great job and I would hire him again. He also gave me advice about other jobs that need doing around the house and recommended a kitchen fitter who I have hired to fit my kitchen. He came round promptly to look at 2 radiators that weren't working after doing the job and proved to be a small fix which he did willingly and quickly.
